Homegrown Supplies Inc. is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier or our support team directly via email to file a claim. Please save all packaging material and damaged goods before filing a claim.
International Shipping Policy
We ship anywhere in the continental United States.
Returns:
No returns on light bulbs or nutrients. Approved items may be returned within 30 days of the purchase date in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements and therefore must be evaluated and pre-approved for return. We cannot accept returns on special orders. A 20% restocking fee may be charged on all return goods.
If you have an item that needs to be returned, please contact us at [email protected] or call 630-940-2910 so that we may issue a return authorization number.
Any shipping fees for returns of online purchases are the customer’s responsibility. If the item is of high value, please consider adding insurance to your return. Refunds will be issued within seven business days of receipt of the returned product. When sending a return, please keep your tracking number for reference purposes. Include all original packaging and your provided return authorization number and proof of purchase with the contents. Any incomplete returns will be sent back to sender.

Order by 6pm local time to get your order the same day. Orders are typically ready within 1 hour. You’ll receive an email confirming when your order is ready for pickup. If you are unable to pick up the same day, we will hold your order for 10 days.
Curbside and in-store pickup are available during normal store hours only. Follow the instructions from your email, and when you arrive, choose the best option for you:
-For curbside please call the store and speak to a sales representative
-For in store, come on in and ask a sales representative.
